What do you most enjoy about working for Fenix?

What I enjoy most is being able to offer real comfort and guidance to families during one of the hardest moments of their lives — helping them feel cared for and supported when they need it most.

What experience is most important for your role at Fenix?

Before joining Fenix, I served with the Police for many years, where I gained first-hand experience supporting people who were grieving or in shock. That work demanded patience, calmness under pressure, and clear communication — qualities that now shape how I guide and support families arranging a funeral, with the same care and professionalism.

Share your most important tip for successfully arranging a funeral?

The most important thing is to listen, and to understand who their loved one really was — what mattered to them, and what the family needs to feel at peace with how they say goodbye. That's what allows a funeral to truly reflect the person who's passed, and gives the family space to grieve.
