When I lost my dad, I was responsible for organising his funeral, so I understand firsthand how emotional and overwhelming the process can be.
What was your motivation for becoming a Funeral Advisor?
I’ve always enjoyed helping people, particularly during difficult times. Funeral arranging gives me the opportunity to support families when they need it most.
What experience is most important for your role at Fenix?
Organising my dad’s funeral, together with my background in patient care and psychotherapy, has taught me the importance of empathy, patience and supporting families during difficult times.
Do you have any advice comes to arranging a for families when it funeral?
Take your time, ask questions and don’t feel pressured into making decisions. A meaningful farewell doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated.
What do you enjoy most about working for Fenix?
I really appreciate Fenix’s approach to making funerals more personal and less stressful for families, and I look forward to being part of the team.
What is your approach to funerals and how they are arranged?
A funeral should reflect the wishes and personality of the person who has died, while respecting the family’s needs and budget. I listen, offer guidance and keep the process as simple, personal and stress-free as possible.
