The cemetery grounds are open to the public 365 days a year, while office hours for inquiries are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm. Vehicle access is available on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm, and on weekends and public holidays from 11 am to 3 pm.
The chapel provides non-denominational services with seating for 100 people, an electronic organ, and multimedia amenities. Services, hymn books, and Braille materials are available on request, ensuring inclusivity. The cemetery features a Garden of Remembrance, Baby Garden, and Memorials, with a niche room/columbaria accessible by appointment.
