Guildford Crematorium

Guildford Crematorium

Guildford Crematorium is located close to the village of Farncombe and is easily accessible by road. The chapel, which was built in 1967, can seat up to 100 people with standing room at the back. There are also plans to update the crematorium, but interim facilities will be available during the refit. With parking for 60 cars and disabled spaces available, other accessible features include disabled toilets next to the waiting area. The newly redeveloped crematorium has been thoughtfully redesigned to create a peaceful place to remember loved ones, with additional planting surrounding a new reflection pool. The chapel space features a stunning vaulted roof, can accommodate 134 people seated, and has a flexible seating plan with chairs that can be arranged according to the size and type of service required. Obitus is our webcasting, music and tribute provider, with a library that has thousands of items of music. The crematorium Gardens of Remembrance are open to the public on weekdays and at weekends.

Please remember: you need to book an appointment at the Guildford Crematorium in order to discuss your plans. We’d be happy to help you do this, so feel free to get in touch with one of our personal advisers.
