The crematorium offers a range of memorial options, including traditional headstones, plaques, and benches. As they are committed to sustainability, the crematorium only uses renewable energy.
There is a modern non-denominational chapel on the grounds that can seat up to 108 people with room for a combined of 200 people, as well as a waiting room and a garden of remembrance. Services are conducted by the hour.

- Once in Worksop, follow the signs for B6079 Retford Road.
- Follow the Straight Mile Road for approximately 3 miles, and the crematorium will be on the left hand side.
The crematorium is also signposted from Retford and Gainsborough.
