Grimsby Crematorium

Grimsby Crematorium

Grimsby Crematorium, established in 1954, stands amidst expansive lawns adorned with a memorial garden, various trees, and shrubs. Outside the crematorium grounds, ample parking is available, complemented by a waiting room equipped with public and disabled persons' toilets.

Although lacking catering facilities, the chapel accommodates around 144 mourners, with an additional balcony and standing room for larger congregations. This inclusive space welcomes all faiths or non-religious groups. Families can opt for live organ music or the Wesley Music system, offering recording, webcasting, and a tribute screen for photos or videos. Extended speaker systems relay services to mourners, while an induction loop aids those with hearing aids. The Cloisters and Book of Remembrance room accept flowers, and visitors can find moments of quiet reflection in the Chapel.

Please remember: you need to book an appointment at the Grimsby Crematorium in order to discuss your plans. We’d be happy to help you do this, so feel free to get in touch with one of our personal advisers.
