East Riding Crematorium
East Riding Crematorium, situated in Driffield, North Humberside, has been providing support to bereaved families in the local area since its establishment in 1997. The multi-faith chapel within the crematorium can accommodate up to 194 individuals, with seating available for 144 in the main area and an additional 50 seats on the balcony. For larger gatherings, there is standing room in the outdoor flower court. Music plays an integral role in the service, with options including live organ performances or a selection from a vast music system featuring over 3,000 tracks.
In addition to the chapel, East Riding Crematorium offers a Hospitality Suite for receptions following the cremation. This dedicated space allows families and mourners to gather, offering the opportunity to share memories, find comfort, and support one another. The suite can accommodate various arrangements, including full buffet services or tea and cakes/biscuits, which can be pre-ordered according to preferences.
The Garden of Remembrance and Book of Remembrance Room are accessible at all times, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
