The cremations typically last 45 minutes, with 30 minutes allocated for the service inside the chapel. It's important to note that there is no separate entrance and exit, so mourners are kindly requested to leave the chapel promptly after the service to avoid disruption to other funerals.
Services can be scheduled from Monday to Friday, and there may be an option for Saturday services at an additional cost. Longer service durations may also be possible with an extra fee, but this is subject to availability and dependent on other bookings for that day.
The crematorium's operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm from November to March and from 9 am to 7 pm from April to October.
