Charing Crematorium
Charing Crematorium is situated in a peaceful location near Charing and Ashford in Kent. The chapel welcomes funeral services of all religious denominations, humanist celebrations of life, and civil funeral services. The chapel seats 120 people with standing room for another 50 people, and the entrance lobby and outside have speakers for even larger funeral services.
Charing Crematorium allows an hour between services, but extra time is available upon request. Memorial options include above-ground vaults, mini-graves, living memorials, and contemporary options. On-site parking is available for 60 cars, with three accessible parking spaces near the chapel.
The crematorium office is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays, and the book of remembrance room is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. The grounds are open daily, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm between April and September, and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm from October to March.
