Funeral services can be tailored to the family's wishes, with the option to pay extra for a weekend service or to extend the service time. The chapel is equipped with modern facilities, including the Wesley sound system and the option to have live music played. The friendly team is available to answer questions about facilities and funeral options. There are 87 parking spaces, with two for disabled individuals, as well as disabled access and toilets. The Memorial Office and Crematorium Office are open on weekdays, with the grounds open every day. Appointments can be made to view the memorial garden or crematorium.
