Great Yarmouth Crematorium

Great Yarmouth Crematorium

Great Yarmouth Crematorium takes pride in providing exceptional facilities, surpassing expectations for families bidding farewell to their loved ones. The crematorium boasts Norfolk's largest chapel, accommodating up to 120 attendees for services. Upon arrival, families can gather in a private waiting area, shielded from the English weather. The car park accommodates 53 cars, with a short, flat 70-metre route leading to the chapel. Additional parking spaces are available at the rear for disabled visitors.

With 45-minute service bookings, there is ample time for a calm, personalised service, including readings and hymns, complemented by an intermission in the flower cloister and koi pool area. Digital screens enable visual tributes, and webcasting services allow remote participation. The crematorium features burial grounds, a Garden of Remembrance, and a lawned area for scattering ashes beneath specially chosen trees. A wheelchair is provided for customer use, ensuring accessibility for all.

Please remember: you need to book an appointment at the Great Yarmouth Crematorium in order to discuss your plans. We’d be happy to help you do this, so feel free to get in touch with one of our personal advisers.
