Aylesbury Vale Crematorium offers modern and traditional funeral services with a multi-faith chapel that has floor-length windows to allow natural light in and a seating capacity of 100 guests, with standing room for 100 more. The chapel service period is one hour, with 40 minutes allocated to the service and 20 minutes for cleaning and preparation. The crematorium offers traditional hymns played on the Viscount Organ or modern songs using their state-of-the-art Obitus music system. Families unable to attend the service can view it through the crematorium's webcast service. After the service, guests can gather at the floral tribute area, which is set slightly back from the chapel. Aylesbury Vale Crematorium also provides a range of thoughtfully designed memorials that can be tailored to reflect the personality and character of the deceased.

If travelling from the east, drivers should take the M25 and exit junction 20 onto the A41 towards Aylesbury. Follow the signs for A418 Buckingham (A413), pass the Horse & Jockey Pub, turn right onto Watermead at the traffic lights, and then turn left into Aylesbury Vale Crematorium. If coming from the west, drivers should follow the A41 towards Aylesbury from Bicester. At the Berryfields traffic lights, turn left towards Aylesbury/Buckingham (A413). At the third roundabout, take the third exit onto A413 Aylesbury, turn left onto Watermead at the traffic lights, and then turn left into Aylesbury Vale Crematorium.
