Yeovil Crematorium

Yeovil Crematorium

Yeovil Crematorium, nestled in 10 acres of green and peaceful grounds, is overseen by a joint committee of local authorities. Established in 1971 on the northern fringe of Yeovil town, the wheelchair-accessible 94-seater chapel provides a serene setting for funeral services. A tranquil waiting room ensures families can await ceremonies with comfort.

The Gardens of Remembrance, encircled by fruit trees, offer a peaceful space for scattering ashes or commemorating a loved one with a rose bush and bronze plaque. Additional memorials like inscribed marble tablets or headstones are available—details can be obtained from our attentive staff. While two car parks currently offer limited parking, plans for a comprehensive facility refurbishment are underway, ensuring Yeovil Crematorium remains a dedicated service provider for the southern Somerset community.

Please remember: you need to book an appointment at the Yeovil Crematorium in order to discuss your plans. We’d be happy to help you do this, so feel free to get in touch with one of our personal advisers.
